Mitaki Mushroom and Chrysanthemum coronarium Wrap
Mitaki mushroom (or any mushroom)

Fresh Chrysanthemum coronarium (a spring vegetable with similar revered status as asparagus)

Garlic, smashed and minced 

Sautéed garlic in vegetable oil

Add mitaki mushroom pieces, sautéed for 2 minutes

Add Chrysanthemum coronarium at the end and quickly stir fry for 60 seconds
Add them to whole lettuce pieces

Eat as a wrap—the crunchy and fresh taste of spring!
