—–Fava and Kale Salad
Chop Kale (or any other hardy greens) into thin pieces.
Steam fava to 80% done, about 2 minutes.
Make sure it’s still brightly green—it’s
overcooked when you see grey colors.
Add Kale pieces to top, steam for exactly 30-60 seconds ONLY to preserve it’s texture and vibrant color!
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil (optional), a little bit of any vegetable oil (extra virgin olive or sesame)
